Returns
We offer returns for all orders within 5 days of delivery. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you. You may request a return for a refund or store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@jayde-jewellery.com with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number 
  • Reason for return

Postage will be at the buyer's expense (Domestic is around $10-15). We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

Returns must be posted within 7 days of approval.

If the conditions and the return are not met we have the right to refuse the return.

Bangle purchases
FREE returns are available for bangle purchases within Australia.

To return your order, you must email us within five days of delivery. We will provide you with a paid return label (with a QR code) and further instructions. The order must be returned within seven days of the return label being sent to you.

Returned items must be in their original condition as it was sent to you with sales tag(s) attached in its original parcel packaging. Any alterations and/or modifications to the tag(s) may not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ALL earrings. 

Exchanges
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus shipping cost) on your original payment method generally within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.

Customs, Taxes, Duties and Fees

Our sale prices do not include any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office.
