Returns
We offer returns for all orders within 5 days of delivery. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you. You may request a return for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Postage will be at the buyer's expense (Domestic is around $10-15). We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
Returns must be posted within 7 days of approval.
If the conditions and the return are not met we have the right to refuse the return.

Bangle purchases
For bangle purchases, if for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the item, we offer returns with a 7-day inspection period (from delivery).
You may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds will incur a restocking fee of 9%. No restocking fee for exchanges or store credit.
To return your order, you must email us within seven days of delivery. We will provide you with return instructions.
Returned items must be in their original condition as it was sent to you with sales tag(s) attached in its original parcel packaging. Any alterations and/or modifications to the tag(s) may not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus shipping cost) on your original payment method generally within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.

Customs, Taxes, Duties and Fees
Our sale prices do not include any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government (Except for the US). These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office.
United States
Effective from 29 Aug 25, the de minimis rule which allowed goods valued at $800 or less to enter the US without duties has been suspended. The change aims to close a loophole that traffickers use to exploit low-value imports for illicit purposes.
We have updated our pricing for the US market to account for the increased shipping cost and import fees. NO additional tariffs/import fees will need to be paid by customers.
