Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or store credit 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jayde-jewellery.com with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number 
  • Reason for return: 
  • If High quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request. 
  • Postage will be at the buyer's expense.  We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages. 
  • Returns must be posted within 7 days of approval 
  • If the conditions and the return are not met we have the right to refuse the return

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If for some reason our product is faulty or damaged, we would be happy to replace it for you within our 1-year manufacturing warranty. For all plated jewellery, please note that the Rose Gold and Gold plating may slightly darken over time.  These would not be considered faulty or damaged. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ALL earrings. 
  • All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.

    Exchanges
    We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
